Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 14 days from the date received. All items must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. Only items that have been purchased directly from www.stlthheadwear.com are eligible for return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please ensure that items are shipped via a shipping service that can provide tracking information and proof of delivery. STLTH is not liable for lost packages. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
